If you are facing this issue, please check the following possible reasons to resolve it.

- Check if you are using a dual-screen laptop that supports a secondary screen as a touchpad or keyboard. Temporarily disable the secondary screen as a monitor.

 Please follow the below steps to disable temporarily: 

  1. Right-click the Start button.
  2. Select Device Manager.
  3. Double-click the device you want to configure.
  4. Right-click the device and select Properties.
  5. Select driver tab and disable the secondary screen.
